Help - Track Coach of the Year

Nomination forms for the High School Track Coach of the Year award can only be filled out and submitted with PDF programs Adobe Reader or Acrobat.

This program is available for Windows or Macintosh computers (system requirements for each operating system are available here).

How to Submit the Nomination Form
When using the Official Nomination Form, it is important that it is submitted correctly. To make this as easy as possible, there is a submit button at the end of the PDF form itself.

After completing the form and reviewing your information, click "Submit Your Nomination". The PDF will automatically be added as an attachment to a new e-mail message with all the necessary fields (To, Subject, Message) pre-filled. Just hit send and you're done!

Unapproved Submission Methods
The following kinds of submissions will not be accepted:

Physical (printed) copies
Printed forms that have been scanned and saved as a PDF or other format
PDF attachments which are not addressed (in the email "To" field) to 2012@gillcoachoftheyear.com

Can I Change the Subject or Message of the E-mail I am Submitting?
It is important that the subject line of your e-mail stay the same ("2012 Track Coach of the Year Official Nomination Form") so your message can be sorted correctly when we receive it.

The message in the body of the e-mail ("There is no need to edit anything in this email, just hit send!") can be replaced, though this has no effect on the evaluation of your nomination.

The Submit Button Will Not Work
If nothing happens when you click "Submit This Form" on the last page of the nomination form, follow these steps instead:

Save the PDF
Open your e-mail program and compose a new message
Attach the PDF you saved
Enter "2012@gillcoachoftheyear.com" in the To field
Enter "2012 Track Coach of the Year Official Nomination Form" in the Subject line
Send!

Adobe Reader/Acrobat 9 Does Not Run on my Computer
Unfortunately we do not support any other program to complete the official nomination form. You will need to find a computer with a supported operating system in order to complete your nomination.
